When will I hear back if my abstract was accepted?
We will inform applicants about accepted papers on October 23, 2023.
Are travel bursaries provided?
No travel bursaries will be provided to participants.
What fees must I pay if my paper is accepted?
The conference is free for presenters* and open to the public.
For non-presenters attending in person, a registration fee is applicable.
*Please specify your participation criteria in the registration form.
Participation Fees
- International Participants (outside of Turkey) – 60 EUR
- International Participants (Student) – 30 EUR
- Participants from Turkey – 600 TL
- Participants from Turkey (Student) – 300 TL
