Participation and Attendance

All participants and attendees are required to register.

• The conference is free for presenters* and open to the public.
• For non-presenters attending in person, a registration fee is applicable.

*Please specify your participation criteria in the registration form. 

Participation Fees for Non-Presenters

• International Participants (outside of Turkey) – 60 EUR
• International Participants (Student) – 30 EUR
• Participants from Turkey – 600 TL
• Participants from Turkey (Student) – 300 TL
